Elmer and the Rainbow

There is a big storm and the elephants are waiting for the storm to finish so they can go and see the rainbow. But oh no! the Rainbow has lost its colour Elmer is going to fix the rainbows colour by giving the rainbow his colours.
Emily loves rainbow she will find rainbow reflections all over the place in the house, outside anywhere so a story about rainbows appealed to her very quickly the book has a nice message about giving and wraps up nicely. Emily enjoyed the book and was easy to read.
So far this is my wifes favourite Elmer book
Elmer and the other elephants are waiting for the storm to end so they can see the beautiful, colourful rainbow. But something dreadful has happened: the rainbow has come out too soon and has lost its colours! Elmer decides to give his own colours to the rainbow. But what will happen to Elmer if he gives the rainbow his colours? Will he lose them forever? A classic storybook about sharing and giving.
